Instagram Stories and Reels safe zone checker

In Stories and Reels, Meta's interface covers the top and bottom of your ad with the profile name, caption and buttons. Meta advises keeping about 14% at the top, 35% at the bottom and 6% on each side free of text and logos. On a 1080 x 1920 frame that is roughly 269 pixels at the top and 672 at the bottom.

Choose a 9:16 image to see those zones drawn over it, so you can check that your headline, price and logo sit inside the safe area.
